Programs are sport specific and based around fundamental biomechanical and physiological principles.

Train to Win

Fully integrated training programs focussing on building strength, power, speed, quickness and endurance specific to each sport and athlete, while creating greater mobility and flexibility to decrease injury potential.

Programs are designed for either -

  1. Team training – improve your team’s game performances, individual player abilities, decrease the chance of injury and build team unity and camaraderie. The focus is pre-season training programs but extension to in-season team management is easily accommodated.
  2. Individual training – individualised exercise prescription, tailored to the individuals sport. The focus is building areas of functional improvement whilst maintaining current strengths.
